Good morning and Merry Christmas! We will be taking a break from posting any written content this week as we spend time with our families and enjoy the holidays. We still have scheduled gameplay videos uploading daily on our YouTube channel though!

Here’s a brief snippet from each of us about what we’re looking forward to in 2024 with SWU!

Justin – I mean the obvious thing I’m excited for is just cracking Star Wars card packs and jamming some SWU games! I look forward to finally playing a Star Wars card game that was designed from the ground up with limited play in mind. I look forward to once again getting to meetup with locals weekly and jam some games. Lastly, I look forward to traveling to play card games to the mild distaste of my wife! 

Tyler – I’m looking forward to getting access to the physical cards of course, but that enables so many other things! Tournaments can start again, new player recruitment can happen, and we can see what those foil and hyperspace cards look like!

Jayson – I’m looking forward to gaming with a local scene again. As a guy who has mostly played cards online for the past several years, I just have such fond memories of my early days with Netrunner, Keyforge, and Destiny. At my core, I’m a guy who likes to build communities. That’s made a lot easier when the game in question is as strong and innovative as this one, so I’m immensely thankful that what the team at FFG has done with Star Wars Unlimited is doing more than it’s fair share. I’m so ready to help build the broader SWU community build the kind of culture that’s central to why I love these games.
