Origins $2K

This week was a $2K event at the venerable Origins Game Fair in Colombus, OH.

Top 4 was Blue/Iden , Green/Sabine, Green/Han and Yellow/Boba.

Cunning Boba and Iden went to the finals with the mono Yellow beast winning the day.

A 31-person showdown happened in Stockport, England.

A 56-person $2K event happened in Portland, Oregon.

The community’s beloved rules guru, Gandork, took down the event with Vader/Green!

Both finalists were a part of God Roll Troopers team (a small group of players formed since Star Wars Destiny) and piloted lists by wooooo from KTOD! The Chirrut Red was 4-2 in Swiss and barely snuck in the Top cut at 8th before taking it down, well played!

The Pricepool was roughly 2000,- €. We had single cards and a lot of accessoires for the top 24 while we had roughly 350 € worth of cards for everyone to win, if they participated in our Star Wars Quiz. Overall it was the biggest event in germany so far, even though more Events are coiming up in the next months. Oh and we also had a Grogu Promo Card for every participant, as well as cosplayers to create enjoyable moments and great memories for all of the players.
