Welcome to our weekly update of the Gauntlet (Meta Tier List)!
Edit (2:03 pm US Central) – We added additional decks and info for the Poland event, along with another Polish Store Showdown.
Tier list changes
This week we’re making one change, primarily because of the results of yesterday’s Orlando $5K (more on that in a minute)- elevating Vader/Blue to Tier 2. This deck is part of an escalating arms race that features 4-5 competing decks to see who is the “control-iest” control. We’re not completely sure that Iden/Green will remain tier 1 when it’s all over, but we’re going to leave her there for now since she has the most consistent track record. The goal of elevating Vader is simply to get him in that conversation. Watch this space in the coming weeks.

Poland Store Showdown
There was another major Showdown event in Poland this weekend, won by Boba Green against Sabine Green in the finals. We don’t know the attendance, top 8, or lists, but we were told it was fairly balanced with a couple of Sabines, Bobas, Iden Greens. There are also recordings of this event on Twitch on the Beskar_Heads channel – the final was pretty close with the final game in the bo5 ending with a Traitorous on an Echo Base Defender with 3 +1 counters!
Thanks to Tomek Pietkiewicz for the info!

The winner was none other than Gui “Xtcu” Cohen playing Vader/Blue over Andrew “Reflex” Cox playing Boba/Green in the finals. Congrats to Gui and I hope he enjoys all that sweet cash!
