Welcome to our weekly update of the Gauntlet (Meta Tier List)!
Tier list changes
This week we’re adding to the aggro end of our tier list by adding a popular Sabine list. More specifically, we’re adding Sabine/Yellow to our Tier 2. Sabine/Yellow has proved itself a popular and effective alternative to Sabine/Green, even if the power level isn’t quite the same.
Another note, we know we’re overdue on skinnying down the number of control decks in the upper ranges of the tier list. We, like the rest of you, are trying our best to decipher the meta and declare the which of them is the best. Once we’ve had a chance to digest this week’s results (and play our own $1K) we plan to make some updates.

This was a BIG WEEK for tournaments, so we’re still getting much of the information in. If you have decklists, results or other information, please reach out to me at @DJStormtrooper on Discord. We will update this article throughout the week as more results come in, so check back periodically.
Apologies to the many winners from this weekend who we have not featured here. The volume of tournaments was just too great to write up everyone. One of the better problems we can have! We kept the reports to tournaments with 20 or more players for this week given the sheer number of tournaments.

Richmond, VA $4K
Don’t let the graphic below fool you, the Star City Games event in Richmond, VA this weekend was for four-thousand dollars and featured 128 players vying for the crown! The top 8 featured 2x Sabine/Green, 1x Mono Red Sabine, 1x Mono Blue Iden, 1x Vader/Green, 1x Han/Blue, 1x Luke/Green, and 1x Krennic/Green.
While the top 8 decided to split the prizes, the top 4 apparently decided to stick around a play for the trophy with Iden Blue taking the crown. Excited to see an innovative mono deck take down a premiere event!

Chesterfield, Michigan $1K
A $1K event on May the 4th outside Detroit had 20 players and yielded a top 4 of Sabine/Green, Palp/Red, Iden/Green, and Leia/Red. Congratulations to RStanni for taking home the trophy!

Austin, TX $1K
A 58-person $1K event at Games Kastle in Austin, Texas resulted in a top 8 of 3x Han/Green, 1x Iden Mono Blue, 1x Sabine/Yellow, 1x Cassian/Green, 1x Boba/Yellow, 1x Vader/Blue. Finals was Han/Green vs. Vader/Blue with Han/Green taking the win!

Connecticut $1K
Mike Gemme (aka BobbySaphirre) won a CT 1k with ~60 players. Top 8 was Boba/Yellow, Vader/Green, Han/Green, 2x Sabine/Green, Boba/Green, Sabine/Yellow, and Cassian/Yellow. Boba/Yellow defeated Vader/Green in finals.

Pittsburgh, PA $3K
Fabricators Forge in Pittsburgh hosted a $3K May the 4th event with 34 players attending. There appears to have been no top cut, allowing a Leia/Red player to go 8-0 and win the event. Congratulations, princess! Top 8 decklists below

Colorado Springs $1K and Littleton Win 2-cases Event
First, a $1K tourney at Dungeons and Javas in Colorado Springs had 30 attendees this week. Top 8 was 2x Iden Green, 2x Vader Blue, 2x Leia Red, Han Red, and Luke Red. Final was an Iden Green mirror match.
Second, a 2-case tournament for (future) cases of Shadows of the Galaxy at Mythic Games in the Littleton (Denver area) had 50 players. Top 8 was Sabine Yellow, 2x Sabine Green, Han Blue, Vader Blue, Leia Red, Iden Green, Boba Green. The cut did not use constructed, instead there was a draft – top seed was Jeff Creasy on his 6-0 Sabine Yellow. The Top8 round was played, but the Top 4 elected to split prizing.

Cincinnati $1K
The Cerberus Den on the Kentucy side of the Ohio River hosted a 43 player event with the top 8 consisting of Boba/Red, 2x Leia/Red, Han/Green, 2x Boba/Green, Iden/Red and Han/Blue with Han/Blue and Boba/Green making the finals. The top two decided to split the prizes.

Minnesota $1K
A $1K tourney in Minnestoa had 90 attendees this week. Top 8 was Iden/Green, Sabine/Green, Sabine/Yellow, Vader/Green, Luke/Green, Krennic/Green, and Sabine Mono Red. Minnesota Win-a-Showcase Event
Dreamers Vault in Champlin, MN hosted a win-a-Boba showcase tournament with 68 players participating. Top 8 was Vader/Green, 2x Sabine/Green, 2x Luke/Green, Krennic/Green, Boba/Green, and Vader/Blue. Joe Kaufmann won playing Luke/Green. Congrats to Joe!

Portland, WA $1K
A $1K tourney in Portland had 40 attendees this week. Top 8 was Han/Green, 2x Sabine/Green, Luke/Green, Iden/Green, Palpatine/Blue, Vader/Green, and Sabine Mono Red. Final was an Sabine Mono Red and Han/Green with Han/Green taking the prize!

Berlin, Germany Tournament
A tourney in Germany had 35 attendees this week. There was no top but, but a Chirrut/Red defeated Sabine/Command in the final to go 5-0.
