Hey, Tyler (@DJStormtrooper) here,

You may have noticed that it’s been quiet here at GarbageRollers lately. We lost our colleague Jayson earlier in the year, and recently Justin (@Inception) told me that he wasn’t going to be able to come back to content creation since he added kid #3 on top of a busy tax season. This has left me to try and carry the website myself (with some occasional help from Stephen). While I can keep the lights on, I can’t really grow the enterprise in the way it needs to to feel worth it emotionally. As such, I’m closing up shop.

What happens now, Tyler??

Fear not – this is not the end of GarbageRollers!

• The website itself will stay up until our web service runs out in August. In that time, I hope we can find another creator site that would be willing to host our New Player Guide, which is an invaluable resource for the community. If you’re interested, please hit me up on Discord.
• We will continue to create SWU content for our YouTube.
• I’ve been lucky enough to occasionally write articles directly for the FFG SWU website, which I’ll continue to do.
• Finally, we’re not going to stop playing the game! My hope is that by focusing less on content creation, we can actually play and enjoy the game more. We’ll be around the Discords!

All of the support and encouragement the community has given us over these last two years has been truly heartwarming. We appreciate so much your coming on this journey with us. A special thanks to everyone who guest wrote and collaborated with us, you made us better.
